Welcome to Rosa’s Molto Ono. Molto Ono comes from the Italian “molto buono” which means very good. In Hawaiian “ono” means great tasting. Since the sound and the meaning of the latter is similar, the play on words came like a natural choice to describe my cuisine: joyful, classic Italian with a Pacific Rim accent, inspired by my years spent between Italy, Oregon and Hawaii. Feel free to check my recipes, delectables, or book a class.
